So it's taken Chris longer than I've known him from start to finish, but the master bedroom is almost move-in-able. Top picture is almost a year ago, after the major work and spackle but before paint, floor, molding, etc. Bottom picture is today. #tbt to a warmer time and place. This is from my last trip to Florida, where we purchased an early entrance ticket to Gatorland. The nesting birds, the early morning light, the gators lowing in the fog rising from the water... 15 years ago I was chomping down half a bag of Hershey kisses while watching new episodes of #thexfiles on Sunday nights on a big clunky TV as they aired - these days I'm riding the stationary bike at six thirty on a Tuesday morning while watching on a tiny tablet with more processing power than my first computer.
